Description: Represents eight (8) of the nine (9) city, urban growth boundaries (a.k.a. UGB) within the County of Sonoma. Note: CITY OF CLOVERDALE DOES NOT HAVE A VOTER ENACTED URBAN GROWTH BOUNDARY. Cloverdale's 1992 General Plan has a defined "General Plan Study Area" but not an UGB. That remains the adopted General Plan policy per Bruce Kibby, Planning Director, City of Cloverdale. See Data Quality - Attribute Accuracy tab for boundary modification history.Once year, typically in July, Sonoma County updates this information in the parcel data. This layer is updated when changes to Santa Rosa's UGB happen. Occasionally, updates are done to other City UGB's.
